The rates quoted are net payable to us and inclusive of 13% VAT.
All confirmation vouchers and rooming list must reach the hotel with a copy to the sales office 45 days
prior to the group arrival.
Above rates will not be valid for websites/online platforms.
Meal rates will not be applicable for special promotion and events.
For bookings falling during New Year’s Eve - a supplement will be applicable.
Group size 10+1pax and above will be considered as a group.
Terms of Payment
All payments to be done before guest departure.
Cancellation and Retention
For FIT bookings, any cancellations 07 days prior will not carry any retention. However, if the booking is
canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival then one-night retention will be charged.
Any FIT booking cancellation within 24 hours of the group arrival will be charged full retention.
For GIT booking cancellation or room reduction, if any, should be received by the hotel at least 30 days
prior to arrival.
For GIT in case of no-show, cancellation or any reduction in rooms requirement which is not informed to the
hotel in writing at least 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to levy a minimum of
one-night retention charge (on meal plan).
Any GIT booking cancellation within 48 hours of the group arrival will be charged full retention.
